- How long will it take to get my order?
Once you have submitted your measurements to sales@zardosi.co.uk, all orders are delivered between 6 - 8 weeks. Bridal wear, Ghagaras, Lenghas, may take up to 9 weeks to ship. Please note that we do NOT give Guarantees for Delivery Date as we have no control over extenuating circumstances that may/ may not delay delivery after we have shipped. All products are first polythene packed then packing paper wrapped. All orders are shipped by 1st class courier service and home delivered within approximately 5 working days after dispatch of the shipment. Please note that all the products (Saris, Lenghas etc.) will be shipped from - Delivery Address
We will not be responsible for wrong delivery due to incorrect and/or incomplete address supplied by the customer. If for any reason you or any person at the delivery address refuses to accept the delivery of the products, all risk in the products shall pas to you and we may, at our discretion charge for return of the products to us, a storage fee and a redelivery fee to another address nominated by you.
If we discover an error in pricing of the goods in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us, and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
If we are unable to contact you within seven days we will cancel the order. In the event of an order being cancelled any payment made for the goods will be refunding in full.
By submitting your order you are accepting the shipping and handling costs.
- REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
All products are custom made to particular size and other custom specifications. Therefore orders once delivered, cannot be returned for refund. We try our best to ensure customer satisfaction but it is not possible to follow an open refund / return policy, since products are not readymade stock. Jewellery cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene safety, unless defective or damaged in transit. - PAYMENT
All checkout payments are processed by Paypal. Paypal is a safe secure server. You can also check this is secure by looking for the padlock icon on your internet browser.All payments are taken instantly just as you buy something from ebay the payment is taken instantly when you click to purchase using paypal. - PRIVATE POLICY

Most garments are made to order as per Buyers' custom measurements.
After placing an order, customers are advised to provide size details in inches or centimeters (height, chest/bust, just below bust, waist, hips, sleeve length, upper arm circumference, cross-back/shoulder etc. Measurements and Special requests (if any) can be emailed to
NOTE: If Size OR Measurements are not provided within 3 days of placing an order, garment will be made to free size (36" bust 5' 6" height). - COLOR CONSISTENCY
Please be aware that actual color may differ slightly from that shown. While the essential color will remain the same, that is pastel pink will be pastel pink and turquoise will be turquoise, the actual shade may differ. Minor differences in exact shade of color differ due to lighting differences, individual photographer styles, film development differences, scanner differences and individual pc monitor color settings. - SUBMITTING INFORMATION
By submitting your order you are confirming to buy the goods at the prices and the terms stated and are allowing us to use your details for the purpose of supplying the goods including, passing your details onto our nominated carriers and other third party subcontractors. We will not use your details for any other purpose without your prior consent. We are not obliged to supply the goods to your until we have confirmed order acceptance to your order and providing the item(s) are in stock. You must ensure that all details required are correctly filled at the checkout before submitting, including email address, full postal address and payment details. - CREDIT CARD SECURITY
To ensure that shopping inline is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted by our secure paypal server. We do not store your card details on our server and they are used only once to authorise your transaction. We can't see any of your card details.
